We understand how important it is for you to provide your child with the right support and comfort. That is why our Rucken playpen mattress has been crafted from two types of foam. The purple VitaRest® HR 35/32 foam, certified "Ultra Fresh", is antibacterial, ensuring a hygienic and odour-free environment for your little one. This foam is especially recommended for infants and allergy sufferers, guaranteeing healthy and comfortable sleep. The white T25 density foam, shaped with our wave profile, is resistant to deformation and ideal for children who prefer firmer support or for active play. Our mattress delivers excellent resilience and stable back support for your child.
Air Pro – advanced ventilation system for your baby's peaceful sleep
The Rucken playpen mattress incorporates an innovative ventilation system. It consists of vertically arranged ventilation channels, a unique wave profile in the white foam, and an authentic 3D mesh placed on one side of the cover. The wave profile gently reduces foam firmness from H3 to H2 whilst enabling effective air circulation. The 3D mesh is a key element that further enhances the ventilation of the entire mattress, helping to maintain an optimal sleeping temperature. The result is fewer unnecessary wake-ups, minimised risk of bacterial growth, and guaranteed healthy, restorative sleep for your child throughout the night.
Hydro MAX cover – moisture protection and ideal ventilation
The Rucken playpen mattress cover is reversible, allowing you to use it according to your child's needs:
- Tencel Hydro MAX (white side) – an innovative natural knit whose properties resemble wool, silk and cotton combined. It is warm, soft and exceptionally absorbent – up to 50% more than cotton. It has anti-allergic and antibacterial properties, excellently regulating moisture levels.
- 3D Mesh (grey side) – an element that increases mattress breathability, enhancing sleep comfort.
