QPlay Nova Niello - overview of features and components

6 Stages of Development

The Nova Niello grows with your child. From a parent-controlled stroller (10 months) through a guided trike, to an independent tricycle (from 36 months). Gradually remove the canopy, safety bar, footrest and parent handle — your child gains independence at their own pace.

QPlay Nova Niello - EVA foam wheels with non-slip pedals

Quiet EVA Foam Wheels

The 20.5 cm front wheel and 18.5 cm rear wheels are made from EVA foam for a quiet, comfortable ride on any surface. Non-slip pedals provide a secure foothold. The free-wheel function protects little feet from spinning pedals.

UV-Protection Canopy

The foldable canopy made from 300D MG fabric shields your child from sun and wind. It opens and closes in a single motion. It can be removed entirely when not needed — for example, when riding in independent tricycle mode.

Compact Fold

The tool-free quick-fold system needs no tools at all. When folded, the tricycle measures just 68 × 33 × 38 cm — it fits in a car boot, a hallway or a wardrobe. The aluminium frame keeps the total weight at only 7 kg.

Safety & Control

A 5-point harness with padded covers, a removable safety bar and a steering limiter ensure complete child safety. Non-slip rubber handlebar grips and an adjustable parent handle (88–93 cm) provide comfortable route control.

QPlay Nova Niello Khaki - free-wheel and free-steering mechanism

Free Wheel & Free Steering

The free-wheel function disconnects the pedals from the front wheel so that little feet are not pulled by spinning pedals. The free-steering function lets the parent steer independently of the child's handlebar movements — full control over the route.
