CONSTRUCTION: A 3-zone perforated latex foam slab (widths 70–80 cm) or 3-zone with reinforced lumbar zone (from 90 cm width), 9 cm thick (for 160x70 cm) or 10 cm (for all other sizes up to 140x200 cm). One side is finished with a 3 cm Ocean Blue latex layer. The silicone gel latex absorbs excess moisture from around the mattress — preventing that sweaty, damp feeling, improving the microclimate and protecting against mould and fungal growth. Outer quilted cover with anti-allergenic, climatised nonwoven. The Aegis technology applied to the cover provides protective and preventive functions. Its selective action against unwanted microorganisms places AEGIS at the forefront of anti-allergenic fabrics. HEVEA AEGIS Natural Care fabric is odourless, soft and resistant to washing and repeated laundering. Machine washable using delicate programmes at up to 60°C. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified. An optional Cashmere Beauty cover is also available: viscose 34%/polyester 65%/cashmere 1%. The high-density foam core ensures product durability and optimal spinal support. Cover composition: cotton 30%/PE 70%, AEGIS finish. Mattress weight: 9 kg (160/70 cm), 14 kg (200/90 cm), 20 kg (140/200 cm). Height: 13–14 cm. Class I Medical Device. GMDN code: 35183. APPLICATION: Suitable for children's and youth beds, day beds and bunk beds. User weight up to 80 kg, no age limit. The firmness zones are arranged symmetrically — it does not matter which zone is at the head or foot end. We recommend periodically rotating the mattress within the bed frame (both top/bottom and head/foot).
NOTES: Double-sided mattress with two usable surfaces. Custom sizes available. The mattress layers are not glued together, allowing the foam sides to be swapped to extend the product's lifespan. A flat or flexible slatted base with 3–5 cm slat spacing is required. Non-standard sizes can be made within the standard range.
