CONSTRUCTION: Modern, high-quality, lightweight pocket springs — 12 cm tall — DIN E 10270 standard, with a polymer fabric interlayer and steel frame edging. Pocket spring units in 3 comfort zones, 260 springs/m². Each individual spring is enclosed in its own pocket made from durable, breathable fabric. The individual wrapping of each spring ensures virtually silent operation. The pockets provide point-to-point elasticity across the entire mattress, giving it orthopaedic properties. Each spring works independently, providing optimal support at the point of pressure. The pocket spring unit is enclosed in a breathable cassette of high-density, high-elasticity foam, 2 cm thick. One side is finished with thermo-elastic VISCO memory foam — applied without adhesive. The VISCO memory side is recommended for older children and those with orthopaedic needs. The external foam layers extend the effective product lifespan while ensuring proper air circulation throughout the mattress. The inner membrane cover serves a hygienic function. The cover can be easily removed (3-sided zip). Gentle machine wash recommended at 60°C. Cover fabric: NATURAL CARE AEGIS (300 g/m²) cotton/polyester, quilted with anti-allergenic, climatised nonwoven at 100 g/m². An optional ALOE GREEN POWER cover in viscose/polyester with added aloe vera gel is also available — a smooth, non-quilted cover. Fabric certifications: OEKO-TEX and Safe for Children. Mattress weight: 10–14 kg. Mattress height: approx. 22 cm.
APPLICATION: Suitable for children's beds and day beds; user weight up to 70 kg.
NOTES: Soft to medium-firm, double-sided, anti-allergenic mattress. Custom sizes are not available. A flexible slatted base without head/foot adjustment or a reinforced slatted base with 3–5 cm slat spacing is recommended. Junior Box mattresses are not recommended for the upper level of bunk beds if the safety rail is lower than 40 cm.
