CONSTRUCTION: Two high-resilience foam slabs, each 10 cm thick. One side is finished with a 5 cm high-density visco-thermoelastic foam layer. The foam is made with biodegradable oils, free from volatile organic solvents. The high-resilience foam core has increased elasticity and high density (min. 30 kg/m³). The foams provide excellent point elasticity, active ventilation and low weight. Numerous channels in the foam's open-cell structure ensure proper body contouring and guarantee comfort in use. The foam is highly elastic, and the glue-free design of the HR layers allows the core sections to be freely rearranged, significantly increasing comfort and extending the product's lifespan. The visco-thermoelastic foam conforms perfectly to the body as it absorbs heat, reducing muscle tension and facilitating proper blood circulation at the points of greatest pressure during rest or sleep. The visco layer is bonded to the BIO foam core with water-based adhesive. The inner membrane cover serves a hygienic function. The thickly quilted cover can be easily removed (3-sided zip). Cover fabric: NATURAL CARE AEGIS AIR PLUS (300 g/m²) cotton/polyester, quilted with anti-allergenic, climatised nonwoven at 300 g/m². A klimaband 3D strip (white-grey, 10 cm) is included as standard. Optional premium cover fabrics available at extra cost: TENCEL SILKY FEELING viscose/polyester, ALOE GREEN POWER viscose/polyester, BAMBOO viscose/polyester. All fabrics certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100. Mattress weight: 10 kg (200x80 cm) to 22 kg (200x180 cm).
APPLICATION: Suitable for beds and bedrooms. No user weight limit.
NOTES: Dual-firmness, double-sided mattress — H3 firm (foam side) and H2 medium-firm (visco side). Custom sizes available. Suitable for all types of bed bases, including adjustable slatted bases. Hevea Standard or Hevea Comfort slatted base recommended.
