CONSTRUCTION: High-density BIO kaltschaum foam core produced with renewable plant-based oils. 7cm-thick BIO foam core (sizes 120/60, 130/70, 140/70 and 160/70). Foam manufactured without chlorofluorocarbons (CFC) or volatile organic solvents. The foam insert is lined on one side with a 3cm elastic Ocean Blue latex layer (for sizes 120/60 to 160/70). The silicone-gel latex absorbs excess moisture from around the mattress — preventing that sweaty-skin feeling, improving the microclimate and protecting against mould and fungi growth. The outer cover is made from quilted bamboo-viscose knit with climate-regulating wadding. Over 30% of the yarn is bamboo viscose — highly durable yet soft to the touch. Bamboo absorbs excess moisture better than cotton, gradually releasing it during the day as humidity drops. Bamboo viscose is odour-absorbing, bacteriostatic and completely hypoallergenic. Machine washable on delicate cycle up to 60°C. Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified. The high-density foam insert ensures product durability and optimal spinal support. Cover composition: bamboo fibre 31% / polyester 69%.
APPLICATION: Cots and children's beds. Max user weight 30 kg.
NOTES: Firm and medium-firm mattress, dual-sided with two usable sides. Zone-free surfaces. Firm side for smaller children (2+), medium-firm latex side for older and heavier children. Foam layers assembled without adhesive — sides can be swapped to extend product life. Do not fold or roll for transport. Suitable for all bed frame types.
