With the FLIP&GROW function, you can easily switch between the built-in five-point harness and the car's three-point seatbelt as your child reaches the next growth stage. And since you don't need to remove any parts from the seat when making the change, you can return to the previous setting at any time. New ISOFIX Connectors

The Britax Romer EVOLVAFIX features our new ISOFIX connectors. The connectors can be operated independently, making seat installation even easier.

5-Point Harness

We believe a 5-point harness gives a child travelling in a car seat the best protection. They're securely held within the seat's protective shell. In a collision, the harness distributes crash forces across five separate points: two at the shoulders, two at the hips, and where the buckle fastens between the legs. This protects your child from every direction.

Soft Chest Pads

Our new soft chest pads fit comfortably against your child's chest. They help reduce your child's movement in a collision and provide greater comfort with the five-point harness. Additionally, they can be easily removed for cleaning without undoing the harness.

SecureGuard

SecureGuard helps protect your child's delicate abdominal area by providing an additional – fourth – attachment point for the standard 3-point seatbelt. By keeping the lap belt in the optimal position over your child's hip bones, SecureGuard helps reduce forces on the abdomen in a frontal collision by up to 35%*, whilst giving your child freedom of movement during the journey.

Highback Booster Protection

Our highback boosters protect your child in 3 ways: the sculpted seat shape provides body protection from head to hips – especially in a side collision – upper and lower belt guides ensure correct belt positioning, and the padded headrest provides safety and comfort for your child's head and neck.

Quick-Remove Cover

Children can make a mess whilst travelling. Spilled drinks, crumbs from snacks, and sometimes the effects of travel sickness on the seat. That's why we've designed a machine-washable cover. It can be easily removed without taking out the harness. Cleanliness is restored in no time, and you're ready to continue your journey.

V-Shaped Headrest

The V-shaped headrest is designed to control your child's head movements. It provides optimal protection in a side impact whilst ensuring comfort during the journey. Additionally, the headrest and harness can be easily adjusted from the front to accommodate your child's growth.

Top Tether

The Top Tether upper anchorage strap minimises seat rotation, reducing the risk of head and neck injuries in a collision. With two attachment points, the V-shaped Top Tether gives your child better stability and safety than standard straps.

EasyRecline

The EasyRecline system for children of all ages allows you to adjust the seat to multiple comfortable recline positions, even when your child is sitting in the seat and without needing to readjust the Top Tether – incredibly convenient for both parent and child.

FLIP&GROW

When your child reaches 105 cm in height and a maximum of 22 kg, you need to switch from the integrated 5-point harness to the car's 3-point seatbelt to safely and correctly secure your child in the seat. With the FLIP&GROW function, you can do this in a few simple steps. Adjust the headrest and stow the integrated harness in the backrest so it doesn't get twisted. Then flip the FLIP&GROW adjustment panel so SecureGuard is positioned above the seat, and you're done.

Three Seats in a Row

The slim and compact design of the Britax Romer EVOLVAFIX allows up to three car seats to be fitted on the rear seat of most cars. This is an excellent solution for families with several children who need to transport their little ones in a single vehicle.

Installation Methods for the Britax Romer EVOLVAFIX

ISOFIX with Top Tether (76-105 cm)

This seat must be installed using the ISOFIX anchor points in your car. ISOFIX is a mounting point system available in almost every vehicle. It allows for a secure and permanent connection between the seat and the car.

The Britax Romer EVOLVAFIX has special requirements – secure installation is ensured when the Top Tether upper anchorage strap is used, providing optimal stability.

Our i-Size compliant seats fit all i-Size approved positions. Check your vehicle's user manual to see which positions have been approved for i-Size in your car.

Seatbelt with ISOFIX (100-150 cm)

This seat should be installed using both the car's three-point seatbelt and the ISOFIX anchor points. This ensures a secure and permanent connection between the seat and the car, even when your child isn't sitting in the seat.

Seatbelt Only (100-150 cm)

This seat can be installed using the car's three-point seatbelt. This is a convenient choice if you plan to move the seat between cars that may not have ISOFIX anchor points. Belt guides on the seat help ensure correct installation.
