BeSafe Pregnant iZi Fix — Seatbelt Adapter for Pregnant Women
One adapter — two lives. The upgraded BeSafe adapter with a dual mounting system: ISOFIX or strap. Protects you and your unborn baby on every car journey.
Why Use a Seatbelt Adapter During Pregnancy?
In a collision, the forces acting on passengers can make a pregnant woman's body effectively “weigh” between 3 and 5 tonnes. A standard seatbelt pressing against the bump can exert enormous pressure on the placenta and foetus, creating a risk of serious complications — including placental abruption or miscarriage.
The BeSafe Pregnant iZi Fix solves this problem — it redirects the lap belt below the bump, onto the pelvic area. In the event of a collision or sudden braking, the force is directed onto safe parts of the body, protecting both mum and baby.

Two Mounting Methods
ISOFIX Mounting

On front seats — the adapter is secured with the included strap wrapped around the seat. A universal solution that works in any car.
