Materials
The Bellamy Marylou cot is made from white-lacquered MDF (front and back headboards) and solid wood (side rails and mattress base). The cot is finished with specially selected paint from an Italian supplier, subjected to a special hardening process. This makes the furniture resistant to the following types of damage: chemical (protects against liquids such as water, lotions, oils, and detergents) and mechanical (protects against all types of scratches caused by everyday use). The paint holds all required certifications. Additionally, the lacquered furniture is tested in laboratories for emissions before being released for sale. The cot meets all European safety standards for use and construction, including rounded edges and safe materials used in the manufacturing process.
