The 4Baby Roto-Fix is a versatile rotating car seat with R129 (i-Size) approval, designed for children from 40 to 150 cm. The integrated ISOFIX base with a Top Tether strap guarantees stable installation, while the 360° swivel seat makes loading and unloading your child easy. The seat grows with your child — from rear-facing (up to 105 cm) to forward-facing (up to 150 cm), with 5-position recline in both directions. An ergonomic newborn insert and multi-position headrest ensure comfort from the very first days.

Adjustable Headrest
The multi-position headrest adapts to the child's height across the full 40–150 cm range, ensuring optimal head and neck protection at every stage of growth. Wide side wings effectively shield the head during a side impact.
Ergonomic Newborn Insert
A specially designed infant insert provides proper body support for newborns from 40 cm. Its anatomical shape protects the spine and head of the youngest babies, ensuring a safe and comfortable position from the very first days.
360° Swivel Seat
The seat rotates a full 360°, making daily use much easier. Simply swivel the seat towards the door to comfortably place or remove your child — regardless of whether the seat is rear- or forward-facing.
Rear-Facing Travel (RWF)
Up to 105 cm the child travels rear-facing — the safest position for the youngest passengers. RWF effectively distributes frontal collision forces across the entire back, protecting the vulnerable cervical spine.
ISOFIX with Top Tether
The dual mounting system combines ISOFIX connectors with a Top Tether strap for maximum stability. The Top Tether anchors behind the rear seat, effectively limiting forward movement of the seat during a collision.
Multi-Position Recline
Multi-position recline lets you adjust the seat angle to your child's needs. Comfortable settings for both play and sleep are available regardless of the travel direction.
5-Position Forward-Facing Recline
In forward-facing mode the seat offers 5 recline positions ranging from 108° to 121°, letting you smoothly adjust the backrest angle from upright to a relaxed resting position.
5-Position Rear-Facing Recline
In rear-facing mode 5 recline positions range from 132° to 145°. The more reclined setting gives newborns and younger children a comfortable, near-flat sleeping position on longer journeys.
